Table tennis club De Volewijckers is a continuation of the table tennis department of Omnivereniging A.S.C. The Volewijckers.
It was an association from Amsterdam-Noord founded in 1920 for football, athletics, chess, baseball and softball, among other things.
Table tennis association De Volewijckers has been an independent association since 2007.

We play on Mondays from 19:30 to 21:00 and on Tuesdays from 19:30 to 24:00* in the Wethouder Verheijhal (Polderweg 300) in Amsterdam-East. Mondays are played under the supervision of a trainer, on Tuesdays both competition and recreational games are played.
*: Outside the competition season, the game will be played on Tuesdays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

On Thursdays from 20:00 to 22:00 o’clock, we play in the gym next to De Kinderboom primary school on the Adelaarsweg (entrance blue door).

Everyone has the opportunity to participate in the competition of the NTTB department Holland-Noord (region South). In December there is a Christmas tournament and in May / June the association organises club championships. Clubs affiliated with the NTTB regularly organize tournaments that are open to members of other clubs. The NTTB also organises cup competitions, in which teams from our association can participate.

New members are welcome. If you are interested in membership, please come along to one of our play evenings. You can come and play with us for two evenings for free and see if you like it. If it is very busy, members have priority. You therefore cannot come and play during the training sessions that Bettine Vriesekoop offers. Please always contact the board at least 24 hours prior to your desired visit using the form on
